All the different primer tools share reaction conditions. That is Design Primers (Primer3), QuickTest Primer, PCR primer pairs, Test PCR primer pair, Sequencing primers/probes and Test sequencing primer/probe.
They can be set from each dialogue, and the dialogues are all different, but the Parameter names, units and the underlying values are shared. So modifying a value in one tool will change it for all tools."
