Click Cloning can be used to duplicate or design cloning experiments in the lab. Click cloning is designed to be easy to use with many features for selecting suitable cut sites, digesting and then ligating your fragment into a suitable cloning vector. With each digestion MacVector stores the resulting fragment on the Cloning Clipboard. Multi fragment ligations can be performed as well as both single fragment and multisite Gateway and TOPO cloning procedures.
