The Reverse & Complement command reverse complements the selected sequence range, updating the feature table where appropriate. The Reverse & Complement command is only enabled if the current sequence window contains a nucleic acid and the window is unlocked.
[CMD]+[R] is a keyboard shortcut for this
[CMD] + [OPTION] + [c] will copy the reverse complement of any selected sequence to the clipboard.
