As well as the Single Sequence editor you can also copy Maps from the Map tab of the Align To Reference and the Contig Editor.
To save a PDF of your Map view.
- Select the Map tab.
- Select EDIT | SAVE TAB CONTENTS AS...
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the graphic data and choose OK.
To save in a different format to PDF
- Select the Map tab and select EDIT | COPY
- Open the Preview application
- Select FILE | NEW FILE FROM CLIPBOARD
- Select FILE | SAVE AS...
- Choose the format you require
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the graphic data and choose OK.
To Copy a PDF image of a graphic
- Select the graphics tab and select EDIT | COPY
- Navigate to the application you want to export the graphic to, and select EDIT | PASTE in that application.
To save results
- Select a tab in the Results window.
- Select EDIT | SAVE TAB CONTENTS AS...
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the text data and choose OK.
