The Page Setup command displays the standard Page Setup dialog for your printer. In addition, MacVector enables you to specify the format for printing a sequence file.
- Select the Annotated radio button to print the sequence in an annotated format (Use the Format Annotated Display command in the Options menu to customize the output).
- Select the Unannotated radio button to print the sequence in an unannotated format. This directs MacVector to print the sequence exactly as it would appear in a GenBank TEXT file. When printing in an unannotated format, you can choose to print one or more of three parts of the sequence file: the annotations, the features table, and the sequence.
