The Primer database allows you to store your own collection of primers. It uses a similar mechanism to subsequence searches and shares a common file format.

In Design Primers (Primer3) right click a primer in the spreadsheet results page and choose Add Primer to Database or in QuickTest Primer click ADD TO..
Enter the primer name and a comment
Click OK
