How do I automatically annotate blank sequences or change the style of a sequence map.

Auto Annotation allows you to automatically annotate an unannotated or partially annotated sequence by scanning it against a folder of your favorite "curated" sequences.

Open a sequence
DATABASE | AUTO ANNOTATION
Select a folder of your curated sequences (e.g. Common Vectors).
Click OK
