The RE Picker gives you an interactive way to quickly show what enzymes are present in your sequence.
The Graphics Palette gives you fine control over how the Map tab displays your sequences.
Both dialogs will float next to open single sequence windows when you are on the Map tab. However, you can very quickly hide (or show) the floating tools with two toolbar buttons.
The Map tab will appear the same whether both dialogs are visible or hidden. For example the same set of restriction enzymes will be automatically displayed whether the RE Picker is visible or hidden.
