How do I display missing features, predicted ORFs and restriction sites on my sequence.

MacVector will automatically scan DNA sequences for various features whenever you open a sequence.

1. Open a sequence
2. Switch to the Map tab
3. Missing features are shown lighter than existing ones and predicted ORFs are shown with the ORF length.
4. Double click on a missing feature or a predicted ORF to annotate it to your sequence.
